I was tasked with collaborating with our facilities team and an external group to incorporate the Frontline visual brand into our new headquarters. I pitched my ideas to leadership, which included conference room signage, custom distraction banding, core value reinforcements, a mission wall, and a giant mural for the common area.
The mural is the centerpiece of the project. Every element on the wall was custom-designed and holds meaning. It’s filled with Easter eggs and serves as a visual reference point for the company’s cultural history. The mural has become a fantastic icebreaker, sparking conversations among new and long-time employees as they share stories and try to guess the inspirations behind various visuals.
