Insights Summit Conference
Overview
The Frontline Insights Summit was our first big national conference in a few years and I was responsible to create an experience with design. Other aspects of the project included:
- Visiting the location to choose where the signage would be placed
- Partnering closely with our events team
- Designing the layout and flow of the main event room
- Managing and being creative with a small budget for event signage
- Designing all of the graphics and overseeing their installation
- Overseeing and helping with the setup of booth graphics
- Photographing the event
- Visiting multiple locations for next years conference to help decide which location would work best from an experience perspective
In a follow-up survey, attendees were asked what their favorite part of the conference was. I'm proud to say that the top overall response was their love of the wall graphics.
